I am so excited to be teaching 3rd Grade this year! This will be my first year in 3rd grade and my fourth year at Grandview.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from University of Missouri - St. Louis and just finished my Master's Degree in Education Curriculum and Instruction from Southwest Baptist University.
My husband is an elementary teacher and coach at Festus Intermediate. We have an 8 month old son, Cason, who keeps us on our toes.
I LOVE to spend time with my family and friends. I am crazy about anything crafty, love to read, shop and watch The Cardinals!
I believe in a learning environment where the students feel safe and comfortable to enjoy their learning. I'm so excited to get to know each one of my students and enjoy our year together!

Mrs. Perren
I earned my Bachelor degree through Missouri Baptist University in 2010.
I have previously taught at the kindergarten and first grade levels.
My husband is a pastor. We have four wonderful children. My oldest
daughter was married over the summer. She and her husband are Grandview alumni. I have two daughters and a son who are still in school here in our district. My husband is a Grandview alumnus as well. While I did not attend Grandview as a student, I grew up in this
area and have fond memories from my childhood hanging out in "Ware" with friends and family. We are residents of Ware and have been for over 17 years.
I believe in a learning environment in which students feel comfortable, where expectations and rules are consistent and clear. It is important to me that students feel safe and comfortable enough to ask questions and be themselves. I also believe that all children can and will learn. Children learn through many different learning
styles, and it is very important to me that I teach using many different methods to reach all children. I will let your children know that I want them to do their PERSONAL BEST!
